Founder/Owner

Kim founded CPI in the 1990s in an effort to close the gap between loan servicers and construction teams. She has spent the last 20 years honing company processes, crafting tools, and building relationships to ensure that CPI offers the best inspection services in the Front Range.

Inspector

Gary has worked with CPI since 2012, starting full-time in 2017. Prior to working for CPI, Gary worked in biomedical sales and marketing. He is a Colorado native with a science degree from CSU Pueblo.

Inspector

Jan Webb is a Colorado native who has been inspecting with CPI since 2008. She studied at the University of Colorado where she earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental design, and a master’s degree in architecture.

Julie has worked with CPI since 2016 while also balancing life as a busy mother of two. A Colorado native, she boasts a degree in early childhood development from CU Boulder.

Inspector

Melody began her banking career as a Loan Officer before moving onto Property Management, Construction Lending, and Fund Control. After 10 years, she started providing construction progress inspections in Evergreen, CO before starting her own construction progress inspection company, where she worked with many residential and commercial banks throughout the Front Range.
